Fleet

Fleet is a 14 year old Border Collie , deaf with a white eye (cateract) his right.
He was wearing his black collar with identity disc when he wandered off while on a walk with his owners on Wednesday. 5th January 2005

Fleet and his companion went for a walk down Fairfield Rd, they went down the lane past  Todderstaffe Hall when Fleet suddenly disappeared.
It is thought that he may have gone through a gap in the hedge in the vicinity of the red cross on the above map.
Despite extensive searching, Fleet had just vanished.
Fleet through age, had a touch of arthritis in his joints, it isn't thought that he'd have 'bounded' off in search of a rabbit or such - he liked to wander nose down snuffling around.
Fleet could now be anywhere in the fields between
Staining, Hardhorn & Singleton.
Because of his age he needs to be found asap.
Could everyone please keep a diligent eye open for him.
